I felt Dina, Soul Steeper was being slept on. I believe she can be a top tier commander winning on turn 1-3 consistantly. However I didnt build her to be CEDH level obviously. My table is T7-8 level most of the time so I built her about T7-8.

I do not use tutors in most of my decks. I personally dont like them and feel they go against the essence of EDH. EDH was created as a singleton format and tutors represent other cards in the deck. Just my personal thought.

I do format my decks to run smoothly keeping card draw as a main focus in any deck. I wanted more draw in this deck but this ended up being the 1st draft of the deck and I am very pleased with it.

I fit in a couple of infinite combos. Games do have to end sometime. If you dont like infinite combos please take them out the deck runs just fine without it and feel free to comment to let me know what you think. Dina, Soul Steeper + Exquisite Blood
