lol yeah without it the deck would be trash. It's why I have the tutors.

This could be improved with a GSZ package with stuff like Sylvan Safekeeper and Dryad Arbor.

Whoops I didn't see you already had the safekeeper in, my bad.

April 5, 2016 10:12 p.m.

Yeah I already have safekeeper thanks to winterflame6 but I will add Dryad Arbor. Thanks for the input!

Dare I suggest, Wood Elemental? Also, more realistically, Fungus Elemental?

April 6, 2016 11:31 a.m.

Wood Elemental no, just... no. But I will give Fungus Elemental some thought.

Zoetic Cavern, Scythe Tiger, Rogue Elephant. I can't stop thinking of these.

I know you want this to be more of a ramp deck but dare I say swap Monstrify for something like Exsanguinate?

April 7, 2016 10:58 p.m.

Monsmtg - Zoetic Cavern is a good call. I can't say the same for tiny creatures. In a ramp deck I want more expensive stuff.

HarroHunter - good call.

You're right, I've just been throwing everything at the wall to see what sticks :P.

Terastodon would also be great in here. Blow up your own lands for 3/3's and card draw or use it as removal.

It's also another link in your Birthing Pod chain. Looks like you need a 9 drop to complete it though.

April 8, 2016 2:05 p.m.

Terastodon sounds good. Any suggestions for a 9 drop?

Void Winnower or Kuro, Pitlord could be good in missing 9 drop slot. Shame there aren't too many 9 drop creatures in general.

April 8, 2016 6:59 p.m.

I like the winnower. Your opponent's can't even.

Myojin of Life's Web is another good option to cheat stuff into play.

Good stuff! +1

thanks! Myojin of Life's Web is nice and all, but I actually would rather run a beater if you know what I mean. Less than a third of this deck is actually creatures.

I actually don't really like creakwood. I know, I'm nuts but I just don't think he belongs in the deck. He would only really combo with my little G/B worm combo.

I really like the deck, it helped me build my own gitrog deck very well. I was wondering how you got the background with html?

June 26, 2017 11:37 a.m.

So I haven't been that active on tappedOut, but I'm always happy to help with coding. I'm glad you love the deck. To get a background image, you have to get styles on a regular image tag with style="". The final code for a background image looks a lot like this. < img src="URL" style="top:0;left:0;height:100%;width:100%;position:fixed;z-index:-1;" > I haven't attempted coding in a while, so it may not work as planned. Remember to remove the spaces next to the tag opening and closing greater/than less than signs. TappedOut makes it extremely hard to display code as normal text so I'm not up to date on it's latest methods, but hopefully you can figure it out. If you need further help, feel free to allow chat with me. Keep in mind that in order to interact with fixed pieces of the site like comment boxes for example, you have to be an upgraded user.
