I have some achievements:
I HATE M15: Play Back to Nature against a Bestow and/or Constellation deck.
HELL YEA!: Win with Sedge Scorpion , then scream "HELL YEA!"
FRESSSSSSHHHHHHHHH: Have an opponent pick up your Soul of Zendikar and read the text.
(On the above achivement, it doesn't have to be SoZ, it can be the 6-drop you choose, it's just that SoZ has lot's of text.)
DUMBCUTTER HYDRA: Have an opponent try to counter your Mistcutter Hydra .
COOL DECK MAN! :D : Get 200+ upvotes on this deck before rotation.

So I did some playtesting, and the results so far are pretty conclusive: Kalonian Twingrove isn't ideal for this deck. Mainly for one reason: the land count.. Most midrange decks run 2-4 more lands than I do. I can get away with it because Axebane Guardian gives me oodles of mana. But that often leaves me with 5 lands on the field at most, usually with a Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx . That's 4 Forests, making the Twingroves 4/4s. 2 4/4s are good, but I think I'd rather have more bang for my buck.
Now to decide once and for all between Scuttling Doom Engine and Soul of Zendikar . SDE is getting the edge since it's good in all parts of the game, while SOZ really shines late game or when I have tons of mana/defenders.

Need a good 6 drop? I feel Scuttling Doom Engine is what you want.
Elspeth, Sun's Champion is good for two reasons. Makes soldiers to chump block, and makes soldiers to win the game. Well, those soldiers just lost half of their job.
As you said GoldGhost012, the opponent doesn't want to kill it. SO you don't really have to be worried about removal.
A 6/6 body for 6 of any color is always good.
Now, as a more general option, I would suggest Life's Legacy
. You could sacrifice a creature after they attacked that turn, and get lots of card advantage off of it. Also, legacy and doom engine is ridiculous.

Life's Legacy is terrible early game and I have relatively few good targets. Finishers are finishers for a reason, and sacrificing a Sedge Scorpion , Axebane Guardian , Sylvan Caryatid , Karametra's Acolyte or Elvish Mystic doesn't do jack shit. If it was instant speed, it would get much more consideration, but it's lackluster.

sniff So glad that my little Sedge Scorpion is doing so well for himself, being on Internet and having his own achievements. I'm so proud.

Love this deck !!! im really cheap so no planeswalkers for me instead i decided to do something absolutely funny in there place. i throw in 2-3 Rakdos's Return for single or Mind Grind for multi. nothing better than a turn 3-6 Rakdos's Return for x=3-20 from a mono green deck or a Mind Grind that mills the entire table out.

It's really too narrow and very conditional on my devotion.

You're all green. You'll have lots of devotion. Sedge Scorpion would love it.

I thought Pharika's Chosen was the ruler of Theros. Because it was chosen......by a God. XD
Anyway, love the deck and description, definitely +1

Play twingrove because it can't be killed by a simple Doom Blade or the doom engine because killing it does damage. Maybe 1 of each?
The rest are trash but stomper can be sideboarded for control matchups!
