I built some decks to teach newbies into EDH. They are all proactive and able to establish a board, with clean ways to close out a game and enough answers to keep opponents at bay.

This is a midrange creature-focused deck, that wins by Ruric Thar, the Unbowed's damage and big swings. It showcases Red's aggression (e.g. Anger) and Green's creature synergies (ramp, draw, removal, overrun effects).
