Black deck based on amassing extreme quantities of mana and then using it to make Torment of Hailfire repeat enough times that your opponent physically cannot live.

Primal Amulet + Torment of Hailfire

Primal Amulet  allows for a free repeat on Torment of Hailfire which is already pretty good. If you can get Amulet to transform (usually due to Dark Ritual/Culling the Weak) then Primal Wellspring lets you get a free repeat on Torment of Hailfire and copy the casting to any target meaning that you could potentially kill two opponents in one turn

Culling the Weak + Foulmire Knight

Foulmire Knight is a decent one drop that's a decent blocker but will probably die to anything it blocks. With it being weak and cheap it's the best creature to feed to Culling the Weak and gives Foulmire Knight multiple decent uses

Torment of Scarabs, Debt to the Kami, and Killing Wave provide you ways to stall/annoy your opponent and get rid of some of their creatures.

Vampire Nighthawk provides a cheap (relatively) creature that doesn't serve any mana purposes, making it a better thing to block with than Crypt Ghast. Also flying, deathtouch, and lifelink makes it a really annoying creature to deal with.

Dark Ritual and Sol Ring provide mana, and Crypt Ghast/Magus of the Coffers just provide it in creature form.

Luck. If you don't draw Torment of Hailfire most of your time is spent sitting there doing nothing. Inversely, while insanely rare, you may not have enough mana.

Counterspells. If you burst all your mana at once to play Torment of Hailfire and then it doesn't work you're going to be sad.

Land Destruction. Anything that limits your mana in general is bad, but most cards like Crypt Ghast and Magus of the Coffers work off of land, having no land is bad for you.

Landwalk. All of your lands are swamps. Zombie Master in a zombie deck would end your universe.
