(Working on taking out some of the fluff)

Sisay is a combo deck that can kill everyone on turn 4 pretty consistently. Here's how it works:

  1. Get Sisay out as fast as possible. This will tend to be turn 3, and sometimes turn 2.

  2. Get out Paradox Engine.

  3. Assuming you have Engine, Sisay, and a mana dork in play, search up Mox Opal. Float a mana with your creature, cast Mox Opal, untapping Sisay and the dork.

  4. Sisay finds Hope of Ghirapur. Cast it, still floating one mana.

  5. Sisay finds Isamaru, Hound of Konda. Cast it, now floating 2. Make sure this is GG.

  6. Sisay finds Seton, Krosan Protector. Cast it with your floating mana and your mana dork. Tap Seton and the Opal for two mana.

  7. Sisay finds Rishkar, Peema Renegade. Cast it, putting counters on Hope of Ghirapur and Isamaru, Hound of Konda. Since Rishkar taps for mana from Seton, you now have 4 mana sources that untap with Paradox Engine, so each of your 3-drop (and less) legendary permanent now nets mana.

  8. You can now search cheaper legendary creatures to net mana to cast larger legendary creatures. It's generally a good idea to find Dosan the Falling Leaf or Dragonlord Dromoka at this time.

  9. Sisay finds Bow of Nylea.

  10. Sisay finds Mikaeus, the Lunarch. Cast Mikaeus for X = 0. Use two mana to activate Bow of Nylea, putting Mikaeus on the bottom of your library. Do this an infinite number of times, netting infinite green mana.

NOTE: If you have one more mana dork or rock, Saffi Eriksdotter also works in place of Mikaeus.

The Combo can now in one of two directions:

PATH ONE

  1. Sisay finds Kamahl, Fist of Krosa. Proceed to make your mana dork and Sisay infinitely large. Usually you either have another mana dork, a haste enabler like Swiftfoot Boots, or an untapped forest you can animate to kill the third player.

PATH TWO

  1. Sisay finds Azusa, Lost but Seeking.

  2. Sisay finds Inventors' Fair, which you can play because of Azusa.

  3. Fair finds Thousand-Year Elixir.

  4. Sisay finds Selvala, Explorer Returned. With infinite Saffi, you can tap Selvala an infinite number of times, decking everyone. Eventually, you'll be able to just keep drawing Mikaeus with Selvala instead of using Sisay.

If, for some reason, neither branch of the combo works, or you get disrupted, the deck also features a couple locks:

  1. Kamahl, Fist of Krosa and Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite = Eat everyone's lands

  2. Gaddock Teeg and Brisela, Voice of Nightmares = No one else can cast noncreature spells.
