The goal of the deck is to cast big extra turn spells and copy them using various spells and abilities such as Double Vision + Thousand-Year Storm . There are also cards that aren't passive and have to be cast alongside your instant's and sorcery's, such as Doublecast + Dualcaster Mage .

Protection: We have a variety of different burn spells that we can fire off and copy with our Dualcaster Mage type effects, copying effects like Lava Coil and Lightning Bolt are especially helpful for getting rid of bigger threats. Propaganda is also helpful for delaying the enemy while you ramp, and counterspells such as Negate and Sinister Sabotage will also help us slow down our opponents. Additionally, we have Clout of the Dominus to protect our commander.

Ramp: We have plenty of artifact ramp, like Arcane Signet + Sol Ring but we also have some land ramp, like Burnished Hart + Wayfarer's Bauble . Cards such as Curious Homunculus + Goblin Electromancer can also help us speed up our instant and sorcery spells and allow better use for our mana. We also have flip cards like Primal Amulet + Search for Azcanta to get more lands on the field in late game and to help with card draw and spell reduction

Wincons: Crackling Drake + Enigma Drake could win us the game, but they are our backup wincons, what we want to do is play Eye of the Storm + Thousand-Year Storm and play all of our extra turn spells. Once we have our spells exiled with Eye of the Storm we can make use of our cheap cantrips like Lightning Bolt + Preordain + Serum Visions to activate the Eye of the Storm , this allows us to trigger our extra turn spells for low mana, and when the draw spells get exiled to Eye of the Storm , you will be drawing more cards every time you cast your spells. The only downside to this is that if your opponent has an instant spell they cast on your turn(s) they also trigger the Eye of the Storm which can be very problematic. Windfall is also in the deck so you could also win with Laboratory Maniac as well. Our commander is also very good at giving us value, and if we play Mystical Tutor while our commander is on the field, we could fetch a Expropriate to the top of our deck, cast it, and since we cast it with our commander, we get another copy of it.
