I don't see why Mind UnboundMTG Card: Mind Unbound is in the deck if you aren't Running anything to give you an unlimited hand size like a Venser's JournalMTG Card: Venser's Journal you'd mill yourself if you faced a deck that could hold you off. What you could do instead of Mind UnboundMTG Card: Mind Unbound is maybe switch in Endless Ranks of the DeadMTG Card: Endless Ranks of the Dead you won't have to discard like you would with Zombie InfestationMTG Card: Zombie Infestation and you'll get more then 1 zombie token per turn. Also I don't think you need 2 Rooftop StormMTG Card: Rooftop Storms in the deck considering that you aren't running a single zombie that is below a 5-drop. As well maybe take a look at Havengul RunebinderMTG Card: Havengul Runebinder he may cost 1 more mana to cast but he makes counters for your zombies so they'll get bigger then just +1/+1 and the buff won't dissapear when Havengul does and you'll still get your zombie token. +1 btw!

I'd say yank out Mind UnboundMTG Card: Mind Unbound and put in Necrotic OozeMTG Card: Necrotic Ooze. So many of your creatures have activated abilities I feel like it will give you more utility than drawing cards.

Ghoulcaller's ChantMTG Card: Ghoulcaller's Chant seems pretty bad, because if you return creatures from your graveyard to your hand. It renders Havengul RunebinderMTG Card: Havengul Runebinder Cemetery ReaperMTG Card: Cemetery Reaper pretty useless. So I would cut it.

I would definitely replace Unbreathing HordeMTG Card: Unbreathing Horde with Geralf's MessengerMTG Card: Geralf's Messenger

I don't want to be rude but...

Most games you don't have a play until turn three; aggro will wreck you.

The rooftop storm combo is silly and overrated.

Before you ask, yes I play a zombie deck. It's currently gone 4/1, 3/1, 3/1, 4/1. Mono green aggro is the only deck I've lost to ... damn swords ...

The Grimgrin, Corpse-BornMTG Card: Grimgrin, Corpse-Born, GravecrawlerMTG Card: Gravecrawler, and sometimes Rooftop StormMTG Card: Rooftop Storm kill everything combo? Yup I use it. Just thought it was common knowledge.

Why's all your removal just sitting there in the sideboard? You're not going to be able to defeat anything with a decent ramp engine (wolf run). Take the Evil TwinMTG Card: Evil Twins and swap them with the Geth's VerdictMTG Card: Geth's Verdict in the sideboard. Also, keep at least 2 Mana LeakMTG Card: Mana Leak mainboard. Have Doom BladeMTG Card: Doom Blade and Go for the ThroatMTG Card: Go for the Throat ready, either in the side or main boards. Then you'll be able to play defensively as well as offensively.
