Alright, here's my version of the Devour for Power Commander deck. I have this deck assembled currently, but I am always looking for ways to improve it.

The best way to fill up the graveyard quickly is mill, so I've included a little of that. I have reliable targets in my deck, but this is EDH, so so does everyone else.

Life from the Loam helps when I mill my lands away, and also works pretty slick with the cycling lands.

I've got a couple of ways to reanimate creatures, and enough stuff to make Mimeoplasm pretty fun.
