Based on Eli Kassis List from GP Pittsburg with some tweaks that I think make it a little better.

The idea of the deck is stall and get extra card draw Turns 1-4. Then on turn 5 start taking all the turns chaining them together with Dictate of Kruphix or howling mine. If that doesn't quite get there you have cryptic command to Tap them down and counter or Gigadrowse to tap them down. eventually you win with your extra turns by beating them down with awakened 6/6 lands.
