Pretty much a concept deck, I'm rubbish at coming up with competitive ones.

How does the deck work? Easy. Most creatures die. These creatures die better. Sacrifice a scion for mana? Smothering Abomination causes you to draw. Sacrifice a Sultai Emmisary? Put a 2/2 on the field. Get boardwiped? You gain X times Y life, where X is the number of creatures you control, and Y is the number of Zulaport Cutthroats you control, and then your opponent loses that much... Oh, and if you have 5 scions and 4 cutthroats, or 7 and 3, or 10 and 2, or 20 and 1, you can win a game at instant speed.

And then, most of these creatures can be Collected Company'd out. The only one that can't, can be tutored From Beyond.

I know I'm not a great deck builder, so I ask you, how do I make this better, faster, competitive, or more efficient?
