Tried to make this fun and in the spirit of what I think the format was originally intended.

Rogue deck that's a "rogue" deck--my sol ring is Treasure Nabber, no real counters in blue or burn in red, no signet or rocks, no fetches or shocklands. Goad/take control of opponents' creatures to bounce with Alora, Merry Thief or sac instead. Lots of thieves, lots of treasure.

Transformative sideboard to pilot the deck differently. Street Urchin is great if steal/sac is your plan, or for 1v1 so you can swap out the goad cards. Red Death, Shipwrecker is a fun commander option. Rule-zeroed Fan Favorite as a silly extra.

Upon building, deck can be had for ~$100 (minus sideboard) using cards that are ≤$10 (update: or may go back down after standard rotates--looking at you Faerie Mastermind). Maybeboard is a list of ideas to suit different tastes/budgets.

Lots of fun interactions, but I thought this was cute: Magosi, the Waterveil + Disrupt Decorum
