Altered Version of C15 Plunder the Graves

Commander / EDH BG (Golgari)

RJones

Sideboard

I don't like paying life or making myself lose life, so I cut out as many of those cards as I could and replaced them with cards I felt were close enough to what they were replacing that it wouldn't hurt the deck too much. I don't really do multiplayer EDH often, so I replaced the myriad cards with cards that are close to the same cmc and power/toughness. I put the cards I pulled out of the original deck and the extra cards I considered replacing them with before I decided on others in the sideboard. I feel like Deathrite Shaman & Corpsejack Menace might fit in the deck, but I haven't figured out where yet, so I sideboarded them. Let me know in the comments if you think I should've picked one of my backup replacements instead or if you have any idea what needs to be pulled out to give Deathrite &/or Corpsejack a sleeve.

As I mentioned in the deck's description I don't do multiplayer EDH often, so myriad is a keyword that means very little to me. Sure, Banshee does force my opponent to discard a card whether myriad does anything or not, but I pulled a copy of Necropolis Regent from R2R a little while ago and I thought it looked like it could do slightly more interesting things. Pros: more +/+ counters are always nice. Cons: it doesn't force a discard and it costs 1 more black mana to cast.
