This deck frequently makes a lot of nonsense happen with recursion, cloning and graveyard shenanigans. It's also reasonably powerful since opponents generally find it hard to deal with having multiple weirdo artifacts triggering on different things every turn. One of the obvious wincons involves casting Gary over and over, but mostly you'll find your own way based on what you have in hand at the start...
