Please keep in mind this is NOT the deck I used during FNM. The cards I was missing were 2 Jace's/1 Vraska/1 Aetherling/Scry Lands. I used Desecration Demons in place of them.

This is the final version of my competitive BUG deck that I will soon be running. Even though I was still missing key cards I ended up playing exceptionally well during FNM. I went 2-0 in 3 rounds, but lost 0-2 in the final round ending up with 3-1 for the night. 3rd Place while having the same record as 1st and 2nd is good enough for me. I wasn't expecting 1st being new to the game and not having the finished deck. I feel control is much harder to play than your average aggro/midrange/ramp decks so I think there is still lots to learn. I lost the last round against an American Control deck, and it wasn't by much. One thing I noticed after the tourney was over that I never once had to mulligan my hand. I know some people may think 24 land is a land or 2 shy of effective, but 4 Sylvan Caryatids definitely make it viable.

As I continue to play this deck and test it I will be looking for some ways to improve it. Perhaps utilizing the effectiveness of the Caryatids to bring in some exceptional cards such as Sphinx's Revelation and/or Rakdos's Return could bring this deck to the next level. I just don't know how much I would like the fact of relying on 1 card to play another due to the fact only 4 Caryatids to a deck. Anyways, if you have any advice I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks, enjoy!
