This deck is all based around the great combo with Melira, Sylvok Outcast + Phyrexian Unlife This means you cannot die.

The crazy ability on Melira, Sylvok Outcast means you cant have infect counters. It also states that creatures you control cant have -1,-1 counters.

This means you basically get a 1 mana 13,13 from Death's Shadow

Combo:

Start your slow death: Godless Shrine, Marsh Flats, Overgrown Tomb, Temple Garden, Verdant Catacombs.
