This is my version of the Jeskai Spellslinger deck.

Specific choices:

1. I wanted to play more of a control game with less cantrips and more actual spells. The list has plenty of counterspells, spot removal, board control, and boardsweeps.

2. I went with Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker and Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder as my generals instead of the usual Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest or Narset, Enlightened Master because I wanted to fly under the radar and avoid Voltron fear, and because having two creatures in the general zone allows me to run a high spell count without dropping my number of creature-based win-cons too low.

3. I want to avoid most "dead" cards like Slip Through Space. Instead, I'm running all the good blue cantrip/library manipulators.

4. I don't see a lot of Jeskai lists running graveyard recursion. I'm using Past in Flames and Mizzix's Mastery as finishers. I have more recursion through Charmbreaker Devils, Torrential Gearhulk, Taigam, Ojutai Master and Soulfire Grand Master.

5. My win conditions are Aetherflux Reservoir, Past in Flames / Mizzix's Mastery, any of my hasty Prowess beaters like Monastery Swiftspear and Stormchaser Mage, and damage doublers like Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder, Flying Crane Technique, and Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest with big beaters like Enigma Drake or Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker. I also have infinite mana with Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal. Haze of Rage is a storm/prowess finisher.
