Red, White, Blue Burning Vengeace. Please +1 if you like it!
I honestly believe this deck can beat any deck around. It has answers to every single deck. Whether it be Tokens, Wolf Run, Delver, you name it and it has the answers.
It has the PERFECT balance between control and aggressive. The Gideon Jura acts as my swiss army knife. Creature killer, damage soaker, or just flat damage, he just does everything. It's because of him I won half my matchs at FNM on the 28th.
With a total of 9 draw spells, I will ALWAYS have my
Burning Vengeance
out. Faithless Looting is so underplayed it's rediculous. It's a better version of Thought Scour.
Desperate Ravings
does discard the card at random, which hasn't cost me a game yet but I believe it will someday. But alas, it's a necessary risk. Then
Think Twice
is self explanatory.
PLENTY of board clearers. Between the 2x Day of Judgment and 3x Whipflare mainboard, I can wipe the board several time, even with my snapcaster, then most of the time triggering my 1-3
Burning Vengeance
on the battlefield. It's a beautiful thing.
Early game protection cards are
Geistflame
, Mana Leak, If I must,Red Sun's Zenith. Because like I stated earlier, with all the draw i am almost guaranteed to draw it again.
Late game protection cards are Oblivion Ring, Gideon Jura, Day of Judgment, and Dissipate.
I use Red Sun's Zenith instead of Devil's Play because it exiles when it kills. And everytime it's had me reshuffle, it's helped me from being mana flooded or screwed. I LOVE reshuffling with this deck.
The singleton Negate because it is just that good to run.
Well that's just my mainboard. When I stop being lazy I can explain my sideboard into detail. But if you look at it, it's pretty self explanatory.
