This is my take on a budget upgrade for the Commander 2018 Subjective Reality precon. This deck uses the precon and an upgrade of about $40 (minus the demonic tutor and sensei's top as I was lucky to already have some).

The win con of the deck is to use the commander's -1 flicker effect with Felidar Guardian for infinite ETB triggers. This is used when something such as Vela, the Night Clad or Altar of the Brood is on field to either kill your opponents with Vela's effect or mill them out with Altar. Rest in Peace further solidifies the milling win con by exiling your opponent's libraries instead of just milling them. It helps deal with potential Eldrazis that shuffle back into the deck.

Cards such as Panharmonicon and Oath of Teferi help you go even more infinite with the Felidar combo by letting you use Felidar's ETB effect on a land as well as Aminatou for infinite mana as well.
