@TheGamer, @SynergyBuild, I promise this is my last project I’ll ask for help on for a while lol! I feel like I’m just everywhere on this, any suggestions?

Dude, ask me whenever, I love doing this! Also, I am unemployed and have 25 hours of the day to spend doing whatever...

Do you run any other outlets with Felidar Guardian, the combo makes infinite flickers, but what about Altar of the Brood or something?

July 28, 2018 3:46 p.m.

BlackyMTG says... #3

@SynergyBuild so what you’re saying is I can -1 on Felidar Guardian with Aminatou, the Fateshifter and then blink Aminatou with felidar, then repeat? Which makes infinite triggers for Altar of the Brood.

Yeah, you use Oath of Teferi currently, but you can also use altar to instantly win!

@SynergyBuild I added Altar of the Brood and Trinket Mage which can get top, brood, or sol ring.

@TheGamer - @SynergyBuild I finished it what do you think?

I love the list, however I would argue for Sunscorched Desert over Piranha Marsh!

BlackyMTG says... #10

@SynergyBuild good thing Piranha Marsh was already in the list lol.

SynergyBuild says... #11

I was telling you to replace it, for the desert.

BlackyMTG says... #12

@SynergyBuild I apologize for misreading, I haven’t slept yet! I spent four hours on this last night. An hour and a half of it was the description :/ what is your argument for Sunscorched Desert?

I would run fetches here to get the most out of Aminatou’s +1 ability. I’ve also started my own build which you might find interesting since it is quite similar to yours.

Untapped lands are very useful, thats pretty much it. I hate tapped lands, I get the scry lands here, but still.

July 30, 2018 10:48 a.m.

BlackyMTG says... #15

@SynergyBuild yeah I really hate them too, but without very much money I need the color out of my lands.

@Megalomania they’re not really in the budget, but I do have a bunch of tutors and other shuffle effects. I do plan on getting the fetches when I have the money though. You can link your deck on here if you want. Thanks for the feedback!

Terramorphic Expanse is a fetchland ^.^

BlackyMTG says... #17

@SynergyBuild if you could help me find more room for plains to better get use of Boreas Charger, terramorohic expanse, and Mortuary Mire thatd be fantastic I’m terrible with mana based especially commander.

I think you'll love Lavinia of the Tenth...it basically screws over aggro, mana rocks/artifact shenanigans , and mana dorks forever. With aggro on lock down, Aminatou is basically unscathed.

Megalomania says... #19

Like SynergyBuild, I avoid tapped lands as much as I can. In this seck, Bojuka Bog might be an exception but as for the others, i’d stick to pain and shock lands. Basics might even suffice if you stay away from mana intensive cards.

Here’s my list btw:

It also runs around the flick mechanic so I decided to put Brago, King Eternal in. Maybe you should too.

@Enral, wow that card is awesome! Thanks for the suggestion. I was already looking at cards to lockdown the opponents more, but I guess I missed that one. I’m probably going to cut Mulldrifter and Boreas Charger for Lavinia and Sin Collector. Sin collector is an old favorite of mine from when I started playing standard. Being able to constantly disrupt my opponents hand repeatedly is awesome.

@Megalomania, I plan on getting more untapped lands as my budget grows. Thanks for the feedback!

Before i say anything, I think this deck is quite interesting and I think it will be amazing. With how many things are going on i'd recommend using the custom catagories format so other people can see the cards and what they do more easily. But i'd have to say you need to have some better mana ramp, Caged Sun is a big one but his effect is devastating, especially if you set the color as blue considering all of the blue devotion in this deck. I see that this deck is also quite budget, which is very impressive for EDH where everybody seems to run cards like the original dual lands or Timetwister the only nonbanned power nine in EDH. But i'd recommend a more expensive mana staple like Mana Vault, for the same price as you could get a kfc box you could get a very impressive addition to your deck! Sweet deck though and you get an upvote

@CalebMaSmith, please tell me where you’re getting a Mana Vault for $5 lol. This lowest I’ve found is $15 which yeah is relatively cheap, but kfc boxes aren’t $15.

10000 years ago I played a Brago deck which naturally had some cards in it, that would fit Aminatou, the Fateshifter very well: Reality Acid, Ancestral Knowledge kind of interacts with her first and her second ability, Tezzeret the Seeker to use his -x multiple times, Thought Prison and Exclusion Ritual are pretty cool, Palinchron or Treachery, Scrivener, Gilded Drake.

@CalebMaSmith, I was just pulling your chain. I did have room in the budget(sub $300) for this series, so I added Mana Vault. Thanks for the feedback!

@Bxbx, I really like Reality Acid, Gilded Drake, and Palinchron. Unfortunately, drake and palichron don’t fit within the $300 budget of the deck. Reality Acid however, will find a place in here shortly. Thanks for the feedback!
