Maybeboard

New description coming soon! Updated 8/29/2023 I thought to rebuild Aminatou. Adding new cards that felt necessary while attempting to reduce the decks overall mana curve. The deck has been optimized for higher performance from fixing to new synergies.

Deck Statistics: -Card Advantage: 9 -Card Ramp: 10 -Card Removal: 10 -Boardwipes: 5 -Counterspells: 4

The deck also features a variety of utility such as recursion and graveyard hate. The deck also has 2 win conditions in Doomsday + Thassa's Oracle and Felidar guardian + Aminatou + Corpse Knight

Creatures: The Meat of any blink deck. These will be the cards you'll be playing to defend Aminatou and repeat powerful ETBs. Agent of Treachery is by far the strongest form of removal. Taking away any permanent results in a 2 for 1 and if you can reuse his ability enough, he puts you even further ahead with his end step trigger. Cards like Clever impersonator, Restoration Angel, Spark Double, Yorion, Sky nomad Thassa, Deep Dwelling, Felidar guardian, and Soulherder all contribute as much as Aminatou to getting off valuable ETBs. 11 of which are creature based to help you outvalue your opponents.

Instants: The veggies that go on your sandwich. And just like your body; your deck will be thankful to have them. Most of the instants provide cheap ways to retrigger your ETB's on your opponents turn as well as actively respond and react to whatever the opponents are doing.

Sorceries: The condiments to your sandwich. Sometimes you need a little extra spice. The sorceries here are mostly boardwipes as Aminatou doesn't like crowded tables like introverts at parties. Getting attacked is Aminatou's Achilles heel to her whole strategy and even with enough blockers on your board; even the best built Aminatou decks will fall victim to Shadow or creatures with protection. Even hexproof creatures can be somewhat troubling. Boardwipes are the only assured way to keep the heat off yourself and that's why a little excess doesn't hurt. There are also some early game friendly sorceries. Most of these sorceries also have Miracle which is amazing with Aminatou. One thing you'll want to do is flicker "Mystic sanctuary" so you can stack the deck with used Miracle cards from your Graveyard. Temporal Mastery also doesn't hurt to get some extra loyalty.

-Artifacts: The Cheese of your Sandwich. It makes the Sandwich delicious to eat and swallow! Most of the Artifacts are predictably Ramp. But there are some exciting exceptions. Bolas citadel is a soft Omnipotence in this deck because Aminatou can stack her library with expensive cards and cast them for free. Lithoform engine and Panharmicon helps copy abilities while the former also gives Instants and Sorceries more oomph. Cauldron of souls is a good choice because it keeps your creatures alive and get more ETB triggers in the process! Wishclaw Talisman is also a card that lets you tutor for cards endlessly. Which is a recipe for success!

Enchantments: The butter on the sandwich, you'll barely notice it but you'll be thankful it's there. Oath of Teferi and Teleportation circle are really important for this deck while the other cards provide steady ramp and advantage

Lands: The bread of the deck: without it, you have no sandwich at all! And Aminatou actually needs to be conscious of what her bread or land base looks like. In here we have just enough utility with cards like Agadeem, the undercrypt, Mystic sanctuary, and Mortuary mire to keep our cards alive and well, Bojuka bog to keep our opponents graveyards exiled, Homeward path to piss people off with Aminatou's ultimate or Perplexing Chimera, and Field of the dead with a generous amount of fetches to keep popping zombies out to sheild Aminatou. The deck features a bulky amount of plains in order to fuel cards like Knight of the white orchid, Loyal Warhound, Archaeomancers map, and keeper of the accord as long as possible as well as having a generous amount of untapped dual lands most of which are Azorius for near perfect fixing. Be aware cards like Doomsday and Bolas citadel might still be difficult to play so you might need to mulligan if they're in your hand. Glasspool shore also is another mimic! But don't be afraid to play it as a land first since Aminatou can flicker it later to enter on its front half.

And there's your sandwich! Hope you enjoy it!
