Was there ever any doubt?

There was not, this was fate itself. You have been chosen to wield unbullievable power, I wish you well.

Hey this looks real nice. May I suggest Metallic Mimic? It's a solid T2 drop when you're looking to cast tribal the next couple turns. For 1-drops Push is good, maybe split 2/2 main/side, but Soul-Scar Mage could be solid, and is good against indestructible creatures with something like Fling. That or Shock/Magma Spray to slow down aggro or Vehicles on the draw. I think you could lean a bit more towards Madness/Delerium versus Ally/Aristocrats. I could be wrong but I feel like Neheb is the lynchpin, rest of the creatures kinda toss-aways usually, and to maximize him you wanna work on keeping a small hand. Just a thought. Like where your head's at, will have to stew on this! Starting making an EDH tribal brew today lol. I'll upvote when complete.

The early Allies are there to better facilitate Ondu Champion's ability.

I have Magma Spray in the Sideboard already.

I'll think about Metallic Mimic.

Lmao Love the deck, really hope you get the support you need to bash in the Vehicles and Copycats xD

Holy shit.

This thing just outraced and killed #1 Mardu Vehicles on Turn 5.

The Exert Minotaur was great at shutting down a lone blocker and Hanweir Battlements was important for letting the final Creature get its damage through.

Jimmy_Chinchila you were spot on with Metallic Mimic. Thanks for that suggestion.

Just beat #1 Mardu Vehicles again by flinging Creatures at it.

Build is fun to play and seems to be working, to some degree.

April 11, 2017 10:55 a.m.

Awesome! I'll have to play test a bit. Glad I could be of help!

It's best to name Minotaur early on with Metallic Mimic, but you can name Ally later in the game if you need to activate the Trigger on either Ondu Champion or Kalastria Healer.

Metallic Mimic is also good for allowing Unlicensed Disintegration to hit the Opponent.

Be aware that every now and then Tappedout hates the construction of your deck, and will give you a bad initial draw each and every time.

It is currently doing that with this deck, only giving you one Land card in your first hand.

You're better off restarting if that happens.

Just outraced #1 Mardu Vehicles again.

The combination of Throne of the God-Pharaoh, Fling, and Zulaport Cutthroat makes getting the last bit of damage through very difficult for it to deal with.

I will mix Theros Minotaurs with Amonkhet Minotaurs, considering the fact, that I have a lot of single cards or even sets and consiering that they are so cheap Theros Minotaurs. I think I have somewhere, probably in a friend Kragma Warcaller and Ragemonger. Remember that they have a God, too Mogis, God of Slaughter. I think I have many minotaurs with my friend, we can build a reasonable minotaur decks, 'cause I have 18 decks in Tribalestata and I even don't have much time to play them, and I haven't made an order through Magic Card Market in half-an-year. But I can easily build a deck, cause I have many. Otherwise, for the deck, I can tell you to look on Theros and try to mix with Amonkhet cause there are enough Minotaurs in both of them and they are cheap. Kindest regards!Chavdar

elan_morin_tedronai this is a Standard deck.

Earlier Minotaurs (there are more than just Theros and Amonkhet are not Standard legal, so they can't go in this deck.

I have a Casual deck with all the other different Minotaurs in it.

Argeaux i mistook the 4/3 minotaur, for the effect of heart-piercer manticore. So i thought lupine prototype would be sick. Also, i had some fiery tempers in there. I deleted the deck, as soon as i realised my mistake . SORRY for the inconvenience :(

No worries, ROUROU.

Your idea would work with this Minotaur, I think.

This deck is so much fun to play.

The Minotaurs are very strong this time around.

pax.wellington I playtested Hanweir Garrison and didn't like how it worked. In particular it doesn't trigger Haste in the late game, or get any Minotaur buffs.

Hanweir Battlements is only in this deck as a Haste enabler.

I'd never play Humans over Minotaurs. Minotaurs are my favorite Tribe.

It's important to see that the deck isn't built around Throne of the God-Pharaoh. That just facilitates a bit more damage, and triggers Unlicensed Disintegration.

Ride Down is interesting. I'll do some testing with it.

Thanks for taking the time to look at my deck and comment.

Tappedout likes the current configuration of this deck so you shouldn't need to restart when playtesting.

Argeaux,
Canyon Slough, maybe? Or is that too slow?

April 16, 2017 4:11 p.m. Edited.

Argy says... #23

I considered it clayperce but it's too slow, as the deck needs to be aggressive.

Tappedout is being weird with the lands.

If I have 23 it makes me mana screwed. If I have 24 it makes me mana flooded.

This happens a lot. Makes playtesting tricky.

Very nice deck. Consistent turn 5 wins in standard is pretty good. Can't wait to see how this deck plays.
