Congrats on the new cards! Lake of the Dead is a card I really love in mono-black especially! and Hellfire is just badass!

Another cheap land I think you may like is High Market and of course there's the more expensive Phyrexian Tower. - because sac outlets are always nice to have!

Asgeren sac effects on lands are definitely a cool way to go! I like both of those lands but I've actually used them quite a lot in some of my past decks. Do you know of any more with sac effects that are a little less common?

Ah yeah, the sac lands are not very janky. Don't know of any other sac lands.. but maybe Peat Bog, Cabal Pit or Subterranean Hangar will be interesting to you, and they're all very cheap ;)

I had exactly the same idea of building a full og border balthor deck but I was astonished when I saw you have already made this highly appreciated masterpiece. Reading through your decklist was a massive nostalgia trip. Can’t even remember the last time I’ve seen a Devouring Strossus or Spirit of the Night. Thanks for reminding me of the good ole days. It’s so easy to get swept up in the new that I frequently forget what makes the game so memorable.

Not to mention, you definitely reminded me of how much I’ve missed playing Coffin Queen.

Asgeren I absolutely love it! Easily the coolest (and rarest) cardboard I own. It’s clearly seen a lot of games over the years and I’m so glad it has new life feasting on my creatures instead of getting sealed up in a collector binder somewhere.

And thank you! My main three EDH deck titles are all named after some of my favorite, thematically flavorful music. I’m not sure why I didn’t put them out earlier but its been a lot of fun embedding the YouTube links in the deck descriptions ^.^
