I think Rest in Peace actually doesn't work too well here. You have too many cards that depend on stuff getting into your graveyard. You have plenty of hate for individual graveyards so I don't think you'll have any problem there. My only other thought is you might want to up the enchantment count so you can trigger Agent of Erebos more. Athreos, God of Passage, Pharika, God of Affliction and Karametra, God of Harvests are all options for that which you could probably swap in for creatures although Athreos will give you problems getting cards into your graveyard and he breaks the budget rule. Also I know there's plenty of removal but I can't help but suggest Swords to Plowshares. Also suggesting them without checking the price but Whip of Erebos and Spear of Heliod I think merit inclusion (not to mention they trigger agent). Skybind might work if you up the enchantment count, but I wouldn't consider it otherwise. Finally Butcher of Malakir should be nice and Tragic Arrogance could give you giant creatures in some cases.

Oh, Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord. I know some of these suggestions are ironic for graveyard hate but they work with your set of creatures.

I love it, but i agree with alot of what gonki has said. Also, i think Crypt Incursion is a nonbo with anafenza. Other than that, on the budget you set, this is pretty solid. I think if you expanded the budget to 100 you could fit in better subs for removal, but all in all good deck!

Sergal I like the $75 limit, both for making sure I don't overspend but also to try and build a complete deck within a set price. It makes for a fun deck building challenge.
Both Sergal and gonki: made a couple of early switches. Dryad Militant and Crypt Incursion you were both right with, so I took those out, plus a land fetch (I have five creature fetches, I didn't need Map the Wastes). In went Tragic Arrogance, Spear of Heliod, and Withered Wretch, the last of which I found and liked its ability.

Mean! This deck is mean! Anafenza is the foremost commander in junk!
