Rough first draft ready for playtesting included the cards now in the maybeboard:-). My first Abzan deck ever. With this deck, I was one deck away from having one commander deck for each possible colour combination.

So, May 2019 update, this deck is obviously powerful and for that, honestly, not overly fun to play. It's fine. It has its routes to victory and can achieve them consistently. Protean Hulk combo, this was built before the Hulk was unbanned. Once he was unbanned and came down in price, added him to the deck. The Human tribal nature of the deck is its saving grace, and the inclusion of Angel of Glory's Rise and Changeling Titan is quite fun. Angel of Glory's Rise is not the most powerful play nine times out of ten. Pattern of Rebirth is, which is why Heliod's Pilgrim and Auratouched Mage get the nod in here :-). That aura plus a sac outlet--Cartel Aristocrat and Undercity Informer are the humans included in this role--let's you go infinite with Boonweaver Giant, which itself was a fairly new card when I put this deck together. Feb 2020, more updates made. Although we have Protean Hulk and Boonweaver Giant combo wins available, the fastest way to win with this deck is with Hermit Druid. To explain how to win with Hermit Druid, one activation should get you a win, via Unburial Rites and/or Dread Return or a reanimate spell in your hand. If your library is milled out and you have no cards in your deck, reanimate Angel of Glory's Rise. First, with all triggers on the stack, exile or sacrifice Grim Haruspex. We have three humans in the deck that can sacrifice creatures: Cartel Aristocrat, Sadistic Hypnotist and Undercity Informer. With Disciple of Bolas, sacrifice a zero power creature. There are two, one of which, Ixalli's Diviner, you will have to hit before its explore trigger resolves so it does not get a +1/+1 counter. Easier just to target Whisperer of the Wilds. With either Fiend Hunter or Changeling Titan, exile Angel of Glory's Rise. Sacrifice all your humans with good enter the battlefield triggers and then sacrifice the Fiend Hunter or Changeling Titan. Angel of Glory's Rise returns to the battlefield and resurrects all humans. You can repeat this until your opponents are dead from Zulaport Cutthroat triggers and / or milled out by Altar of Dementia, which Renegade Rallier can conveniently return to the battlefield. Renegade Rallier can also return all lands to the battlefield and Priest of Gix can get us a mana boost, infinite in this scenario.
