Modern deck using Anchor to Reality to fetch up Kaldra Compleat, Batterskull, Parhelion II, and Skysovereign, Consul Flagship.

Stoneforge Mystic is used as a backup to search for and cheat out the equipments.

Mech Hangar, Born to Drive, and Tezzeret, Betrayer of Flesh are used to crew the vehicles.

Thraben Inspector is for card draw and bodies to sacrifice, Prophetic Prism is for draw, color fixing, and as a sacrifice, Moonsnare Prototype is mana ramp or temporary removal as well as a sacrifice, and See Beyond is card draw and a way to shuffle your big drops into your deck so you can search them up with Anchor to Reality.

Razortide Bridge can also be sacrificed to anchor. Celestial Colonnade is backup in case all else fails.

Rounding out the rest is Path to Exile and the legendary lands for removal, as well as Supreme Verdict to clear the board while keeping your equipment and vehicles on the board.
