So most Pir and Toothy decks involve a lot of creatures with counters on them, but as I played this deck I realized I wasn't even playing those creatures, so this deck is designed to be more control with lots of counters, removal and board wipes.

The end game is either a win condition with Simic Ascendancy or Laboratory Maniac or smash face with Toothy, Imaginary Friend . Make him unblockable with Herald of Secret Streams and you can usually knock someone out in one hit. It's also completely possible to mill your opponents with Psychic Corrosion . Or knock their life down low with Psychosis Crawler .

Duplicate Toothy, Imaginary Friend with Progenitor Mimic and draw a huge amount of cards two turns in a row. Flicker with Deadeye Navigator , Essence Flux or Ghostly Flicker to draw out your deck with Toothy. If any counter doublers are on the field then it just gets crazier.

If someone tries to mill you out by removing Toothy, Imaginary Friend when it has too many counters on it (which is completely possible!) use Bioshift to remove the counters to another creature. Or use it as a combat trick, which is always fun in EDH!

I have found this deck to be surprisingly powerful and it gets a lot of groans when my hand is bigger than my deck. Get Seedborn Muse and Vedalken Orrery or Leyline of Anticipation and you are unstoppable.
