Yes I have considered it, but it's not a necessity, when I come across one, if the trade is right it will replace spellbook.

Is Library of Leng good in here? It seems to me that making your opponents discard to seven every turn would be good, given the amount of card draw.

NamelessInvasion, Library of Leng only affects him. not the opponents. this card is PERFECT for him. He discards what he doesn't want and places the cards he wants to redraw with it for next turn.

Exactly. with Library of Leng I can have infinite hand size, on top of having the ability to just put cards on top. which I can draw very very easily.

Not a fan of Ral Zarek, and Inexorable Tide is good. But planeswalkers aren't a big enough theme to fit a card that doesn't help with drawing at all.

what about some enchants for Nekusar? Vampiric Link for neat lifegain Sigil of Sleep for more control (force players to draw cards for free bounce effects) Phyresis alternate wincon to destroy lifegain/life control decks Elder Mastery so that even when they draw, they dont. gives you more staying power/control and an alternate win con [poison]

not to mention Phyresis combined with Prosperity is an instant win on 12+(counterspells mana cost) mana

I do like the idea of enchanting him, however my playgroup plays with a lot of field wipes so Nekusar remains on board for only a turn or two, Id' rather have room for more permanent things.

That new card Dictate of Kruphix might be good here. Same for Master of the Feast .

The top 8 game day promo? Hell yes. I've got the regular version in my current EDH deck (Wit Beyond Measure is Keranos' Greatest Treasure) but the promo version will go in once (if) I can get my hands on one.

Run whatever Black Tutors (like Demonic Tutor , Vampiric Tutor , Diabolic Tutor , Increasing Ambition , and Diabolic Revelation ) you can, and since you have quite a few artifacts in the deck, Fabricate works really well here as well.

Tutors are great, but what I love about this deck is I can play with whatever I draw.

My initial thought was too many planeswalkers. However they all do something that nekusar likes. Although tamiyo and Nicol bolas seem a little out of place. Seems pretty solid though. +1Check out my build Nekusar's Perfect Storm for card choices to replace the walkers of you want. Lol. Looking for advice and +1 as well.

Thanks for the comment!! I use the planeswalkers for a few reasons. One is a defense. Tamiyo and nicol bolas both help protect me, not only that. But whenever planeswalkers are on the field they are always the first to be attacked, which spares me a few turns or so. I'll check out your build. :)
