So when dragons of tarkir hit standart a lot of dragon decks came to light.

POPPYCOCK! those are NOT real dragon decks! They just use the dragons because they are eficient creatures not for theyr typing.

This that you see here is REAL dragon deck! UNRELIABLE, FINICKY, and ALMOST NO DRAGONS AT ALL...ok maybe that last part doesn't fit that well with the Dragon theme but this is a dragon combo tipe of deck.

I tried to mimick a control shell wile still maintaining a budget.

The idea is to hold out the game untill im able to pull of the 21 damaga combo.

The combo goes like this:if you don't have dragon tempest on the field this combo needs 9 mana, if its already on the field it only needs 7 mana toatal. (with this said its nice to have a bit more mana for counter spells). At your oponents end turn, break Spawning Bed, to get the 3 drazis the on you turn play Dragon Tempest and then play Descent of the Dragons, this puts 3 dragons on the field the tempest trigerst a toatal of 9 damage that you will put directely to your oponents face. and then the dragons atack for 12 more damage.
