lol, I was looking up cards that give trample earlier and I passed over Kessig Wolf Run because I thought I had one in here. Thanks for the heads up Kaitoghost!

I don't like Master of Cruelties for Kresh. You want more options to get Kresh's damage through so I'd recommend Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord in MoC's place or Craterhoof Behemoth. Also, if you end up sacrificing a lot of creatures in a game, Deathrender is the perfect card for you!

Master of Cruelties is in there because
A: I count him as an alternate win-con, and
B: He's a fun card. If he was legendary, I'd build a deck around him specifically.

I am intrigued with Deathrender , and would swap something out for it, just not sure what.

Chromatic Lantern is always useful in tri-color decks.

I like your take on the deck. My Kresh works more with token generation and sac. I really like running Call to the Grave in Kresh. With Sheoldred or Sek'Kuar out its free counters for Kresh and when combined with Grave Pact it is very difficult for your opponents to keep any board presence.

Not a problem, glad I could help. Seedborn Muse also has tremendous power in EDH. I highly suggest it!

Arena Glissa, the Traitor Triangle of War Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth Urborg I think you could benefit from looking at my glissa deck since it shares 2 colors with it and is angry as kresh needs to be.

Glissa edh

Good luck!

I actually like this combo right here: Ashnod's Altar +Pentavus +Death's Presence = infinite Creatures or Infinitely big pentavus. Then Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord .

gibson0111, couldn't I just use Phyrexian Altar instead of Ashnod's? Then I'd just need to add Jarad and Pentavus.

I think it needs two mana to work

I recant my last statement. Phyrexian Altar is fine.

I would take out Death's Shadow , cuz it dies as a 0/0 with his ability ;)

May 25, 2013 1:59 p.m.

Joshuawesome says... #19

It does die... and it gives Kresh 13 +1/+1 counters when it does.

May 25, 2013 2:10 p.m.

rathalos3000 says... #20

How you want him to die as 13/13?

May 25, 2013 2:15 p.m.

Joshuawesome says... #21

He dies from getting -X/-X where X is whatever my Life Total is. Then Kresh the Bloodbraided gets +13/+13 when he dies. Death's Shadow is basically just in the deck to give Kresh +13/+13 for 1 Black mana.

May 25, 2013 2:28 p.m.

rathalos3000 says... #22

You are wrong i think. When he dies, he dies as 0/0, so kresh will get no counters, cuz he died with a power of 0.

I'll have to look into it. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
