Create a board stall until you can slam Devout Invocation. Dissolve is to stop Merchant, Fanatic, Aetherling, etc and to protect invocation or charm. I think this deck is great against both aggro (cheap defensive creatures) and control (hard for them to win, charm makes verdict useless). Blood Baron deals with white heroic and mono black, and charm kills Master of Waves. Not sure what the ideal mana base is, probably something different than what I have here (more shocklands maybe).
