Angels... and Auras!

Those are the things Bruna, Light of Alabaster love! No doubt that she is one of the Avacyn's finest servants, her is just asking to be made a general of greater army!

So there is an effort to do so...

Strategy of Bruna's deck may resemble those strategies of Uril, the Miststalker , but her playstyle is going to be different. While Uril is more of a beatdown danger, Bruna, thanks to her colors, need much more control.

I. Creatures

Bruna herself is deadly and lethal if left unchecked, but no serious player will let her swing and rend and tear him to pieces! Creatures of this deck are mostly utility/removal tools, though with proper aura love, all are capable of doing great damage.

Kor Spiritdancer , Mesa Enchantress, Rayne, Academy Chancellor , Jace's Archivist serve as a source of card draw.

Fiend Hunter, Master Thief and Admonition Angel are basicly answers to opponent's threats.

II. Enchantments and Auras

While building around Bruna, it's obvious to include enough tools for her to abuse. Most of enchantments are in form of auras, but I didn't limit myself just to use of auras.

Leyline of Sanctity is obvious choice to keep myself protected. Leyline of Anticipation on the other hand opens more of a aggresive options for Bruna - casting her at the end of opponent's turn and attacking in following turn, leaving as little time to answer her threat.

Daybreak Coronet, Auramancer's Guise, Steel of the Godhead, Battle Mastery and the mighty Eldrazi Conscription is what my opponent should take care of, since all of them can end him pretty soon.

III. Sorceries and Instants

With shaping the deck into its current form, most of instants were excluded from it. At first, I was using great number of counterspells, but I did not have feeling this is the kind of a deck which wants to keep some of it's lands untapped. In best case, I want to cast as much as possible and put some pressure on my opponent. I ended up with some big sorceries, mostly board sweepers like Planar Cleansing or Mass Calcify and enchantment tutoring.

IV. Artifacts

Artifacts don't play that great role in this deck, they are mostly tools of mana fixing, since combination of white and blue has pretty limited options when it comes to mana ramp and mana fixing. Lightning Greaves and Swiftfoot Boots are great toy for Bruna, since they protect her and allows her to strike immediately.

There is number of cards I'm considering to add into my deck.

Windborn Muse to chill out token mad decks. Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir for more options to flash Bruna into play. Curse of Exhaustion for serious restriction of opponent's play. Avacyn, Angel of Hope for ultimate flavor and protection and upper board possition while using board sweepers. Lost Auramancers and Totem-Guide Hartebeest for more tutoring love

I hope you like my version of Bruna's Voltron beating... please, feel free to leave me any comment and constructive feedback.

Cheers!

Updates Add

I tested the deck many times and it was quite reliable, but I felt the deck is missing something. With launch of Planechase 2012 and new enchantment love in green-white, I can't resist adding green, which means choosing new general and remade the deck. I choose Rafiq of the Many as my new general, making Bruna fine fighter in his service. I played few games with new deck and addition of green helped the deck greatly.
