A work in progress deck for a friend of mine. It's only going to be played in multiplayer casual games so I don't think an early game is too necessary. Besides, the Swords to Plowshares and Lightning Helix]]'s should be able to deal with early threats.

Basically, the main idea is to get out Kaalia of the Vast as soon as possible. Once she's able to attack you can clear the skies for her with the removal spells and make way to drop a bomb.

Originally, the idea was just angels but it was soon discovered that Rakdos, Lord of Riots is just insane in this deck. He makes Platinum Angel free to cast and nearly everything else only three mana.
