AlphaCaster: I think it depends on your play style mostly. I would run Vial over CoCo if your deck is more Death & Taxes over HateBears in the sense of: a) you prefer interaction shenanigans over facepounds; b) you run more than 3 Thalia and/or Vryn Wingmare, and/or you run Flickerwisp (Thalia and Vryn effects can stack, making CoCo cost 6, and Flickerwisp tricks depend on the vial); or c) You have an awkward mana curve (D&T usually is about even on the # of its 1, 2 and 3 drops). I know some people that run 4 vials because their curve is awkward and they run 3 Flickerwisps, but they only run 3 Thalia and include 2 CoCo's MB.
Personally I like vial because I can cast Thalia turn 2, then vial in the mana dork, then cast a turn 3 Vryn for a double tax, and vial in the Arbiter while they have their fetchland sac'd on the stack. Turn 4 I can cast a 4 drop and flicker it with the vial+wisp if need be to protect it. Hope that helps. Didn't want to troll but I happen to see your comment as I was checking something out lol.

Hey AlphaCaster, sorry for my delayed response, I've been super busy, but I'm hoping to answer the questions of you and others!
First, I don't think AEther Vial is where you want to be in this meta. With Kolaghan's Command running rampant and attrition matchups everywhere, Collected Company feels like a MUCH stronger play, as getting value on board immediately is necessary to win. Also, jonathanveedot brings up a good point in what is so eloquently called "facepounds." The awesome thing about this deck is that sometimes, you just curve out as a GW aggro deck and just destroy your opponent turn 4/5. This deck has lots of raw power with its beaters, and provide a great backup plan when the hate just won't do it.
baddabiiing and waaben thank you for the kind words! I hope you all can get a chance to play the deck sometimes, it is quite a fun deck.
dyl_o_ville I'm glad you took an interest in this deck! Please let me know how you like playing the deck; any suggestions or reports are always welcome here.
Ixidron Thank you for the suggestions! When I get the time (which I will hopefully soon), I will test these suggestions and see what works.

my version of your deck to suit my local meta. Hornet Nest and Eternal Witness are great additions to the deck

I really like your list :)
I'm actually working on building Hatebears for my brother. If you wouldn't mind checking out the list and giving any recommendations/tips I would really appreciate it :3
Also, I hope this hasn't been suggested (lots of comments) but what do you think about Dromoka's Command? I have it in the SB of my list, and it seems really strong.

why not aether vials over the Cocos? trying to understand the archetype better because some list run it and some lists don't but the main body of the deck is the same.
