Trying something new in the mono blue department. Mostly gonna be a merfolk tribal deck, but not gonna be overall control. No instead its gonna be aggro merfolks and Thassa, God of the Sea is how its gonna happen with both her scry 1 and 1B target creature is unblockable. Please leave suggestions and hopefully this deck would be interesting to play.
