Pillow-fort/stasis lockout.

Make everything come in tapped and never untap. Never let them touch you with things like:

Wheel of Sun and Moon + Energy Field

Solitary Confinement + Jace Beleren

Constant Mists + Crucible of Worlds

Ghostly Prison and Propaganda or just Peacekeeper

If that's not enough for you try keeping everything they have ever loved tapped! Use nifty artifacts and enchantments like:

Root Maze , Blind Obedience , and Orb of Dreams

to make everything come into play tapped, then keep it tapped with:

Winter Orb , and Static Orb

Did something somehow get untapped? That's alright! we have answers for that too! Try using Gigadrowse or Scepter of Dominance !

Want to really cheese someone? Try EOT use Scepter of Dominance to tap your own Static Orb . Oh, what's this? All my permanents are untapped and none of yours are? You poor thing. To make things worse for them you can always just Wasteland them out of the game, thanks to Crucible of Worlds .

Having trouble finding all your moving pieces? Feel free to use the full tutor suite of Enlightened Tutor , Fabricate , and Idyllic Tutor to find what your missing.

Did a problem permanent resolve that you can't handle just by not letting them untap? Use the always handy Detention Sphere to get rid of it. Or, if it is just a creature, feel free to Swords to Plowshares or Path to Exile it. Don't mind that land they get, it'll never untap.

But, how do you win, you might ask. An excellent question! Mostly by waiting for your opponent to draw themselves to oblivion. With 5 ways to force your opponent to draw extra cards in Jace Beleren , Kami of the Crescent Moon , Dictate of Kruphix , Howling Mine , and Anvil of Bogardan they'll be out of cards in no time.

Let's not forget the man himself, Angus Mackenzie . With a fog every turn and even on the turn he comes down thanks to Lightning Greaves and Thousand-Year Elixir don't expect your opponent to be able to push through combat damage.
