This is my own decklist of animar. Of course all cards are not optimized for competitive purpose, but this is really fun to play it. Enjoy, and let elements cover the Multivers !

I'll create a new decklist for an ultra budget Animar. I want to make a deck with a maximum of uncommon cards but that still really powerfull.

Cards from Dominaria or Capenna are so powerful for the deck. We've got some upgrades for any cards like Aether Channeler -> Man-o'-War My new changes are thoses : - Aether Channeler -> Man-o'-War : like I said, it's just an upgrade, and the drawing capacity is welcome for this card, the only default of the channeler is that you can't auto-bounce it. - Slip Out the Back is just the best spell to protect your Animar. He can't lost his counter and he can earn an additionnal one. I consider this card as a "protector-ramping" in Animar decks. - Plaza of Heroes -> Tarnished Citadel this is the new land card staple for commander in my opinion. You can use it in every deck that are in need of protection (4th capa) and there is no default for the mana text line in EDH. - Otawara, Soaring City and Boseiju, Who Endures are incredibles upgrades for the mana base. You can remove some fetch/basics for these cards to avoid some pings from painlands/fetch/drawlands. - Gala Greeters and Prosperous Innkeeper come as multi-tools. you can ramp with these card, and the main reason is the healing part. You need it, because you lose too much lifes from lands. - Defiler of Vigor is a test. But I think he's really valuable, because of the 1st capacity if you want to pay all green creatures for free. And the 2nd is really interesting for create a big board with some additionnal +1 on Animar. I'll try it and see.
