Budget CEDH Animar deck

Aims to get Animar out asap and tutoring for ancient statue to go infinite into an outlet like purphoros or walking ballista.

Need feedback mainly on consistency, and as deck relies heavily on ancient statue, more protection may be needed. Speed could also be improved as the earliest this deck wins is only T3.
