Amulet of Vigor works for the stuff that comes into play tapped.

Damnit, why do they have to keep banning the green one! I am going to miss my Sylvan Primordial . I guess i should read the banned list more often, and carefully.
As far as all the great suggestions thank you. I am on a pretty serious budget, and I didn't want to make the deck totally counters, counters counters. That is my Spores of Destruction {I need input} deck. I do not like the cascade because I don't have a lot of spell that would cost less. The Hydras are a maybe/probably. The Cauldron of Souls is now on my buy list. I will into Maelstrom Wanderer , I don't see that I have much that enters tapped, so I don't think I need Amulet of Vigor .

Now the question is what to remove. Everything in my SB list is what will have been removed recently.

I need some Idea's on what to Cut.

Not sure if someone suggested it already but, if you're still looking for counter-magic, Voidmage Husher does good work countering abilities in my Ephara deck.

For counter spell creatures look at all the morph guys in Animar's colors. There are 4 or 5 that counterspell, redirect spells or destroy spells. Bounce them with your Conjurer's Closet , Roaring Primadox or a Cloudstone Curio . Nullstone Gargoyle also helps a lot, bounce that on your turn, play something then bring it back.

I would get rid of Alloy Myr for something like Pilgrim's Eye or Sylvan Ranger . Maybe do the same thing with Birds of Paradise . Look at the Scuttlemutt for a manadork. Comes out later but he can take advantage of Animar's Protection abilities Animar.

You should really have an Eternal Witness (and if you are getting boardwiped, look for some of the green cards that put cards from your graveyard to your library) and you have 18 cards that could be tutored with a Fierce Empath .

For lands i would add Terramorphic Expanse and Llanowar Reborn .

As for cutting...never easy but i guess I would lose Nessian Wilds Ravager , Garruk's Horde and 2 or 3 more big guys for cheaper casting cost creatures.
