I was trying to create powerful budget lists. This is the most competitive EDH deck I've seen for under $100. As of 1/9/2020, you can buy it on tcgplayer for less than $100. It can consistently win on or before turn 5 when goldfishing. This is not for casual crowds.

The deck wins by using the Worldgorger Dragon combo. It works by using Animate Dead or Dance of the Dead on a Worldgorger Dragon. The loop creates infinite mana. If Anje is on the battlefield, you can draw through the deck for one of your many wincons(such as Cut / Ribbons ).

Combo's Steps:

1. A reanimation enchantment( Animate Dead or Dance of the Dead ) targets the Worldgorger Dragon that's in the graveyard.
2. Tap all of your lands, floating as much mana as possible.
3. Worldgorger enters the battlefield, and its ability triggers. This exiles all other permanents, including your reanimation enchantments and your lands.
4. When your reanimation enchantment is exiled, it triggers, which kills your Worldgorger and sends it to the grave.
5. Worldgorger's second ability triggers, bringing all of your permanents back from exile.
6. Repeat steps 1-5 as many times as you want.
7. When you want to exit the loop, target a non-worldgorger creature with your reanimation enchantment.
