Welcome to V3 of the Anti-Tribal-Tribal Tribal Deck. Thank you all for the suggestions.

The idea for the deck came when I saw my first Tribal Tribal deck, which works by combining changelings with powerful lord effects.

I wanted to make a deck that worked by changing enemy creature types into something beneficial for me. It's a counter to Tribal Tribal decks.

An Anti Tribal-Tribal Tribal Deck

This is the combo that started the deck!

Turn all your opponents' creatures into dragons for a permanent Insurrection

Open to suggestions! Don't like having s/tax effects in this deck.

V1 was headed by Sliver Overlord. As a consequence, as soon as people saw the enablers, they often realized it was an oppressive commander as observed by Dangerwillrobinson79. Often, turning opponent creatures into slivers and stealing them was the best thing to do, undermining our more interesting combos. I've now replaced the commander with Tiamat which allows us to pull off a BUNCH of new tricks while having the deck focus on the combos in our 99 rather than only the commander. The reaction has been FAR more positive. The deck does have a tendency to be incredibly mana-hungry and durdle a bit if it doesn't draw into early ramp. I could use help with that.

V2 was a great deal of fun but stretched itself too thin on the combos making for fun but hit/miss games. I wanted to increase the consistency without increasing the power and think I managed to do just that.

Added removal through: Arcane Denial, Bane of Progress, Endless Detour, Farewell, Sylvan Reclamation, Slaughter the Strong, Tivadar of Thorn
Added graveyard hate with: Scavenger Grounds
Added card advantage with: Archivist of Oghma, Defense of the Heart, Floating-Dream Zubera
Threw in a few more lands.

Notable losses of Cateran Summons, Chainer, Dementia Master, Crux of Fate, and Goatnap

V3 is meant to focus on win conditions. While the deck often did its thing, it relied mostly on theft to win games. I looked to add consistency in card draw and some incidental lifegain to survive early. I also added some more lands to get the count up to 38.

Added removal through: Opportunistic Dragon, Nameless Inversion, Rin and Seri, Inseparable, Siege Dragon, Vandalblast
Added protection with: Dormant Sliver, Shapesharer
Added card advantage with: Cateran Summons, Vedalken AEthermage, Gravebreaker Lamia, Faerie Mastermind, Zurgo and Ojutai, Final Parting
Added ramp with: Sarkhan, Soul Aflame, Victory Chimes
Some recursion with: Guargian Scalelord

Notable losses of Tivadar of Thorn, Oriq Loremage, Mirrorweave

Artificial Evolution
-My favorite of the bunch. The uses are so frequent even outside of the rest of this deck. Struggling against Sliver Hivelord or Rin and Seri, Inseparable? Change slivers to sables or dogs demigod permanently. It blanks so many cards instantly and the effect doesn't end with the turn. Synergizes with Radiant Performer.

Standardize
-Often the very best of our transform spells. Turns every creature on the board to whatever we need.

Amoeboid Changeling
-Can be repeatedly used for value. Can be untapped with Kiora's Follower. Synergizes with Radiant Performer.

Imagecrafter
-Can be repeatedly used for value. Can be untapped with Kiora's Follower. Synergizes with Radiant Performer.

Unnatural Selection
-Our best repeatable source of creature type changing. Deck all-star. Synergizes with Radiant Performer.

Blades of Velis Vel
-Similiar to Shields of Velis Vel. It's also fetchable with Tiamat and castable with Haakon, Stromgald Scourge since it's a changeling. Synergizes with Radiant Performer.

Shields of Velis Vel
-A one-sided Standardize. It's useful in that it targets players rather than creatures. It's also fetchable with Tiamat and castable with Haakon, Stromgald Scourge since it's a changeling. Synergizes with Radiant Performer.

Mistform Mutant
Brought back in V3 of the deck. Is it overcosted? Yes. Have I ever been glad to have it in my hand? Not really. But the effect is unique enough that it's warranted here.

Mirrorweave
-Removed in V3 of the deck. It's a pet card of mine, but I had cards I preferred.

Suleiman's Legacy
-A classic two-mana board-wipe.

King Suleiman
-Free repeatable creature removal on a tap ability. Synergizes with Radiant Performer, and Kiora's Follower.

Undead Slayer
-One mana repeatable creature exile. Zombies and vampires are the 2nd and 4th most popular tribes in Commander respectively. Synergizes with Radiant Performer, and Kiora's Follower.

Spirit Mirror
-Spirit mirror allows us to destroy any reflection on the field for free. Probably our strongest removal spell in the deck.

Pure Reflection
-In conjunction with our enablers, this serves as an instant speed board clear whenever a creature spell is played.

Rashida Scalebane
-One thing I learned through playtesting is that there are a LOT of dragons flying around, and we're a bit slow to get going. This serves as repeatable removal as well as incidental lifegain. It even kills our own Tiamat if we're desperate for life. Synergizes with Radiant Performer, and Kiora's Follower.

Siege Dragon
-A good finisher tied to a boardwipe.

Opportunistic Dragon
-Temporary removal for humans and artifacts.

Shapesharer
-Turn any one creature into a copy of any other creature.

Crux of Fate
-Removed in V2. Played well into the theme, but there were stronger options out there for us. Played poorly into dragon decks surprisingly.

Realm-Cloaked Giant
-Removed in V2. Stronger options out there for us. The 7/7 giant didn't ever see play.

Rebel Informer
-Removed in V2. Tended to be one of my last resorts because of the mana cost.

Chainer, Dementia Master
-Removed in V2. Never seemed to do enough in the moments I needed due to lack of sacrifice outlets.

Knight of the Mists
-Removed in V2. Though fun with Haakon, Stromgald Scourge, the repeatability was low without that combo, and we could make space for better cards.

Tivadar of Thorn
-Removed in V3. Though fun with Haakon, Stromgald Scourge, the repeatability was low without that combo, and we could make space for better cards.

Goatnapper
-Removed in V2. I love this card. I am sad to see it go. I was often just a worse act of treason without Radiant Performer.

Varchild, Betrayer of Kjeldor
-One of the trickier effects as I don't currently run many sacrifice effects. When Varchild leaves the battlefield, we can turn everything into survivors to steal them or use Artifial Evolution to change survivors to a more prevalent creature type. Castable with Haakon, Stromgald Scourge.

Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund
-Often this deck's finisher. A permanent Insurrection attached to a 7/7 flying body.

Sliver Overlord
-Three mana repeatable mind control which tutors for three of its enablers in Shields of Velis Vel, Blades of Velis Vel, and Amoeboid Changeling. No longer our commander, but still a fine addition to the team in the 99. Synergizes with Radiant Performer.

Peer Pressure
-Removed in V2. Though I'm considering throwing this back in, our deck doesn't often end up having all too many creatures in play at once. If we do, we're generally far ahead. Feels a bit win-more and was often a non-bo with Standardize and Shields of Velis Vel, two of its enablers.

Willbreaker
-Removed in V2. This is a VERY strong card in the deck, but it also didn't have anything to do with the theme. It worked so well, it often was a go-to effect. I want my go-to effects to be more in line with the goals of the deck; to stupify the opposition.

Arachnogenesis
-Serves as a one-sided fog as we can turn our creatures into spiders.

Gor Muldrak, Amphinologist
-Turn opponent's Rakdos, Lord of Riots into salamanders to gain protection from it.

Dormant Sliver
-Turn opponent's Ghalta, Primal Hunger into a good blocker.

Species Specialist
-Whenever ANY creature dies, if I can turn it into the right type, draw a card. There are also generally many humans in this deck. At worst an awful cycler, but as a low-priority threat, often a great draw spell.

Floating-Dream Zubera
-Is this my new favorite card in this deck? Absolutely. I've never had this card be a bad deal. It's insane!

Vedalken AEthermage
-Not a very good card, but might be flexible enough with Imagecrafter and Radiant Performer as wizards to cycle into. It also tutors for some of our best enablers in Shields of Velis Vel and Blades of Velis Vel.

Rin and Seri, Inseparable
-Whenever we play a Shields of Velis Vel or Blades of Velis Vel from the grave with Haakon, Stromgald Scourge, we get a cat and a dog. Funny combo with Artifical Evolution in which we replace cat with dog to make all dogs gain life AND deal damage as well as making two dogs (I don't like cats).

Morophon, the Boundless
-This does make our dragons very cheap. Equally important though, is that it allows us to cast our changeling instants for much cheaper, even from the graveyard.

Magda, Brazen Outlaw
-Removed in V2. When we removed most the untappers, this lost some value.

Artificial Evolution + Suleiman's Legacy can change Djinn or Efreet permanently to a creature type your opponent plays a lot of such as vampires.

Morophon, the Boundless + Haakon, Stromgald Scourge + Shield of Velis Vel enables all of our payoffs with none of the work. Infinite free casts of Shield of Velis Vel.

With Tiamat as our new commander, I wanted to make sure the deck has answers in its dragons. These answers include the following:
Amoeboid Changeling, Shields of Velis Vel, and Blades of Velis Vel are enablers.
Morophon, the Boundless can give us massive discounts on many of our dragons.
Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund, Siege Dragon as a finisher.
Crib Swap, Nameless Inversion, Opportunistic Dragon and Masked Vandal as removal.
Two-Headed Hellkite, and Zurgo and Ojutai as card draw.
Guardian Scalelord as recursion.
Here's a list of cards I've been considering adding to the mainboard:
Zask, Skittering Swarmlord as an expensive non-repeatable Haakon, Stromgald Scourge.
Nissa, Resurgent Animist as early ramp and then some pseudo-tutoring. So far I've decided not to because I don't like my opponents seeing my deck.
Tivadar of Thorn I like the card and I miss it, but I'm still deciding if it's good enough. I'm trying to add more proactive spells.
Crux of Fate Potential replacement for Dusk / Dawn. But more expensive which I don't love.
Tividar's Crusade Very on-theme, but I worry it's not good enough. Without my enablers, it's a Suleiman's Legacy for an extra mana.
Harsh Mercy Neat card, but I think it would turn out underwhelming in cases which I don't have specifically Imagecrafter, Nameless Inversion, or Unnatural Selection.
Here's a list of cards I've been considering removing:
Arachnogenesis. This deck often finds itself needing sustain through death by 100 cuts rather than single big swings.
Thanks for reading and feel free to ask any questions or give any feedback. Open to suggestions! Don't like having tax effects in this deck.
