if you add Proteus Staff and 1 Emrakul, the Aeons Torn you can turn any staff (in creature form) into mr tentacles :). Still fits your flavour, but adds a japanese twist :)

You also have Polymorph for the same effect, and good god, the art is pretty spot on flavor wise! :D Should be the featured card for the deck in any case :)

ok so if yo actually want a serious win condition Polymorph + any of your token artifacts + Progenitus. then throw some counters in maybe and also Pulse of the Grid then make your mana base a blue core with fetches to consistently retrieve colors.
