I am a huge fan of the Madness mechanic, and Aquamoeba is one of the go-to card outlets. At the same time, I think Sprite Dragon and Rielle, the Everwise are really cool cards which can have great synergy effects in a Madness deck which constantly discards and casts cheap spells. This deck is built around these three creatures (all three are among my favourite creatures of MtG) which are protected by a Delver-inspired control and removal environment. Basically the idea is to counter/remove threats and blockers (e.g. Force of Will , Circular Logic , Just the Wind ) and attack with increasingly strong hitters. Here, Aqueous Form is a great addition, since it allows to directly hit the opponent while offering to scry and prepare the next draw. Burn-spells like Fiery Temper and Lightning Bolt can deal additional damage to finish a game or remove weaker creatures during the first turns while at the same time pumping Sprite Dragon . The decklist might profit from some adjustments but I built it whith cards I had lying around from former decks.
