I'm also building an arcades wall Deck, and it pleases me not to see rolling Stones.

Also I didn't even think of intruder alarm! What a great card for arcades

Thanks SaskeSaskia! Yeah, Rolling Stones seems silly as a backup for having Arcades in play. All Rolling Stones does is allow my walls to attack but then I just have a bunch of 0 toughness creatures tapping and doing no damage.

Assault Formation on the other hand, does a better job as backup when my commander's not in play. It lets all my creatures deal damage based on Toughness and gives me a way to allow my Defenders to attack (though that second part costs mana).

Hey again!

Could you check out my deck and suggest any cards? That would be great :)

Brave the Sands is a nice fit for a wall deck.

Hey!

I like the idea, built one myself.

But I'm sad to say ... Basilica Guards is not allowed in a Bant-colored commander because its color identity is white AND black - because of the printed symbol in the rules text for its Extort ability.

I really like the idea of Axebane Guardian + Intruder Alarm + Wall of Kelp !!

Steve_MTG Actually, Basilica Guards is considered a mono-white card, in reference to color identity. The reminder text on extort does not affect the color identity of a card.

Doorkeeper have you considered this card? I run it in my arcades deck, and after generating infinite tokens with Wall of Kelp Intruder Alarm and Axebane Guardian i mill everyone. Just a secindary wincon if damage isnt doing it for some reason

Also no Wall of Frost is it due to the double blue or Wall of Nets

Gilded Lotus with Paradox Engine works great in my Arcades deck. You can go semi-Infinite by tapping Gilded Lotus with Sol Ring to play just about anything in the deck, to untap them with Paradox Engine trigger. Tap -> Play Wall -> Untap -> Draw Card rinse repeat.

Added the new High Alert and made some other tweaks.

I'm with you, Vlasiax, I don't think Collossus of Akros is worth the high cost. Replaced it with Seedborn Muse which is kind of like giving my creatures vigilance, only better. Brave the Sands is pretty appealing, but it's hard to find much else to cut at this point, so I'll add it to my maybeboard but skip over Serra's Blessing , which does less.

kibbelz69: Gilded Lotus with Paradox Engine is a sweet combo but I've done it in other decks so I went with Axebane Guardian and Intruder Alarm which is more thematic to this deck :)

Yeah davidsays1, the in Wall of Frost is unappealing but mostly there were just other Defenders I wanted to include more. If I were to add one more creature, it would probably be Wall of Frost, but it's ability is very focused on defence and I want to be aggressive with my defenders ;) Similar answer for Wall of Nets . Doorkeeper is interesting but I do already have a mill deck. I'll keep an eye out to see how many Defenders I can get into play at once to see if Doorkeeper might be worth it, but I feel like when I manage to generate infinite Defenders, I won't need to mill my opponent to death.

Odric, Lunarch Marshal instead of Sidar Kondo of Jamuraa ?

Hey Toesoe, yeah Esper Sentinel is a great white card that can slot into any deck with white but it doesn't really match the theme here. Figured I'd try out Welcoming Vampire instead, since it specifically synergizes with my low-power creatures.

Odric, Lunarch Marshal doesn't seem like the best fit. He would giving flying and vigilance to all my Defenders, since my commander has those, but otherwise he wouldn't be doing much. I really dig Sidar Kondo of Jamuraa for the thematic fit, he's a low-power, high toughness creature himself who makes my low-power creatures unblockable to those on the ground. Also lol to him having flanking - I always forget that ability. Now if Odric gave Defender to all my creatures that didn't already have it, then I'd absolutely run him :D

Oh I meant to also point out that Odric would die to all my board wipes, while Sidar can survive them. That’s why I want to stick with the low-power theme over upgrading to Odric.

PS. I love Odric as a character and I’m sad about his turning into a vampire (and a bad vampire not worth playing, too).
