Defender combo with Axebane Guardian and Freed from the Real to unleash a massive Genesis Wave on turn 4

• Turn 1: Play Forest
• Turn 2: Play Land + Sylvan Caryatid
• Turn 3: Play Axebane Guardian (With mana from either 3 lands of 2 lands with Sylvan Caryatid)
• Turn 4: Play Freed from the Real on Axebane Guardian, tap for infinite mana and cast Genesis Wave

Use Lightning Greaves on a flying creature Drift of Phantasms, Arcades, the Strategist or Shalai, Voice of Plenty to give it Haste , even use it on Colossus of Akros (make it monstrous).

Keep tapping Axebane Guardian for the activated ability Shalai, Voice of Plenty to pump all your creatures.

Attack with flying X/X creatures or Colossus of Akros with X/X Trample.

After combat phase look at opponents face.

Drift of Phantasms can be used to transmute into Axebane Guardian, Freed from the Real, Chord of Calling or Genesis Wave to get the combo going as soon as possible.

Shalai, Voice of Plenty combined with Lightning Greaves gives some protection from direct spells and removal. Heroic Intervention against Wrath of God
