My attempt to take the common storm format and include 'splice onto arcane' from the Kamigawa expansion. This is to allow Desperate Ritual to be spliced into a variety of spells like Lava Spike, and Reach Through Mists .

As per, Abuse rituals, spit ramped fireballs, etc. along with goblin electromancers to buff rituals; However with splice onto arcane, you can also cast Reach Through Mists with Desperate Ritual spliced, then cast for increased ramp for even more effective use of Fireballs or more mana for spells when you get the opportunity.

Although I avoided using Empty the Warrens , I included Monastery Swiftspear and Stormchaser Mage with their prowess in the SB in the event of a Leyline of Sanctity shutting off direct player damage.
