Welcome home blue mage. You who wants to counter everything single spell your opponent wishes to cast while you draw cards until you have none left in your library (preferably having Laboratory Maniac on the field).

Arcanis the Omnipotent will be your commander here. This legendary creature is great for card draw and you can bounce him into your hand to avoid that pesky damage or removal. The other reason why i choose him is because he was my first ever mythic I've ever gotten (does duel deck count?)

So a few steps you might went to consider to win the game:

step 1: card:Arcanis,the omnipotent+ Pemmin's Aura or anything that can untap him at will= masssive drawing power.step 2 : Then with Trinket Mage you search for a ramp artifact or card:spell book for infinite hand.

step 3 : two options here = you play Laboratory Maniac and you draw your entire library or you play big creatures who got bumped from your card draw, ex: Soramaro, First to Dream or Psychosis Crawler

step 4 : profit

And a few counter spell to make these combos work.This is a budget deck so its just a base for you guys to expend from. so if you want to add that emrakul then do it.
