Primary Line: Start your turn with Arcum on the field. Play an artifact creature, sac it to get Paradox Engine. Play another artifact creature, sac it to get Citanul Flute. Search one of the several Cheerio (0) creatures, cast it and sac it to get Mana Vault if needed. Assemble Scrap Trawler + Myr Retriever for infinite Mana and infinite untaps, win with Walking Ballista.

Turn Two Line: Start turn with Arcum on the field, play an artifact creature and pass the turn. End of Turn, sacrifice the creature to get Citanul Flute, activate to tutor a Cheerio (0) creature. Untap, play the Cheerio creature, tutor Paradox Engine and win like in first example.

Sans Arcum Win (Backup Plan): Assemble Engine + Flute, activate Flute to tutor up Scrap Trawler, Myr Retriever and Arcbound Ravager. Loop for infinite Mana, tutor Ballista with Flute for the kill. If Mana is a concern, you can tutor Cheerio creatures before going for Scrap Trawler & Buddies.

Helpful Info: Trawler + Retriever loop requires you to have 3 untapping Mana to produce infinitie Mana (and untaps), but this can be circumvented by tutoring Etherium Sculptor. With Trawler only costing 2 to cast, it loops with a simple Sol Ring or Palladium Myr. Additionally, activating Flute and Tutoring a Snapcaster Mage can flashback interaction to stop your combo from being blown out.

Rarely Used Line (Plan C): Sensei's Divining Top + Paradox Engine + Voltaic Key draws your deck if you have a 2 Mana producing nonland permanents. Tap Top, untap with Key, tap Top again, draw a card, cast top to untap key and the rocks.
