Based off of previous nivmagus decks posted here. I have this one. This focuses on using cheap counters as spells, so not only are you feeding nivmagus, you're also preventing him from dying easily to the ever so popular mono-black removal decks. I also kept the price somewhat in mind and tried to build one of the cheapest decks possible.
