Maybeboard

If you love cats, and have a passive aggressive playstyle, this is certainly the deck for you. Oppressively beat your opponents with this cat tribal, Naya deck. Toy with your opponents like a cat toys with, well, whatever amuses them.

Control everyone else's boards with Authority of the Consuls. Ghostly Prison taxes our opponents for each creature they dare to even swing our way (if they can, that is). Shiny Impetus and Sticky Fingers are enchantments that go on our opponents creatures and goads them if Marisi isn't doing the trick.

Oppress your opponents by denying them a combat step with Moment of Silence. If our opponent dares to block, cast Outmaneuver or Ride Down and deal combat damage anyway. Playing against a mill player? Gaea's Blessing has you covered. No mill opponent? That's fine; use it for graveyard recursion instead. Lastly, when victory is within reach, cast Triumph of the Hordes. Infect may be considered a cheap victory, but it is victory none-the-less.

Steam roll with unblockable creatures. Trailblazer's Boots ensures that you'll always do combat damage. Who runs only basics? No one. Mirri, Cat Warrior and Jedit Ojanen of Efrava are two cats that both have forestwalk. Thanks to green being the meta, you're likely to always have at least one opponent in green. But no worries, even if you're up against someone who doesn't run green - that pesky mill player, for instance - we have Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth. Remember Shadow? No, I didn't think so. That's why there's Soltari Visionary. Better yet, want to just stop blockers entirely? Cast Bedlam. (Get under your opponents skin even more with the reprint from 7th Edition.) So swing with impunity and laugh maniacally, no one is safe from these kitties.

On the maybe-board we've got Doubling Season and Smothering Tithe. The first will obviously help that minor theme of token generation, but it's honestly not needed. The former, I think, is so on brand and theme, that it can easily fit in. I'd take our Shiny Impetus for Smothering Tithe ; _Sticky Fingers _ does more or less the same thing, and it's cheaper CMC.

So, I ask you:
